Juoksutreenien lisaantyessa on entista tarkeampaa kiinnittaa huomiota venyttelyyn. Kireytta on havaittavissa varsinkin takareisissa, pohkeissa ja lonkissa. Tahan asti olen venytellyt/joogaillut lahinna kotona, mutta nyt aion lisatta ohjelmaani myos ainakin yhden, mielellaan kaksi hot jooga tuntia. Olo on niin ihanan raukea tunnin jalkeen…
Now, when I am running more again, it’s even more important to take care of stretching! I can feel that especially my hamstrings, calfs and groins are getting really tight. Now I’ve been doing mostly just some stretching at home, but from now on, I’m definitely adding some hot yoga classes on my schedule too… at least once, but hopefully twice a week. It just makes my body feel so good afterwards.
Tonight I participate on hot core-class. It was about strengthening the core muscles with vinyasa style yoga. It was a really good class and I noticed that my body opens up so much faster in the evening than in the morning…
After the class, coconut water is a must! It’s the best recovery drink after exercising. It contains lots of calcium, magnesium, fosfor, naturism and vitamin C. 1dl of coconut water contains more kalium than 2 bananas!
Ajattelin itse kans kokeilla tuota Hot core joogaa. Hot pilates on mun suosikki, mutta tuo vois toimia kans 🙂
