After todays exercise, I made some grilled chicken salad with feta cheese. (Straight after the gym, I had the rest of the smoothie… that I didn’t throw all over the place…).
But well… so before the lunch, I went to the gym, and did back, biceps and shoulder exercises. I am training now pull ups, I hope to get much better… But todays exercise was Seated 2 arm row with rotation. I used this Free motion machine to do it. It really makes you to work your upper-and middle back muscles, biceps and shoulders. And because you are leaning a bit backwards, it makes you to work your core muscles too!
