Ei voi olla totta! Saatiin sahkot takaisin jo lauantai iltana! Netti ja tv ei viela toimi, mutta saadaan sentaan lamminta ruokaa ja vetta! Kuinka iloinen voikaan olla, etta saa pestya pyykit ja viela silitettya koko pyykkivuoren samantien??? Puhumattakaan imuroinnista ja lattianpesusta! Yeehah!! Maanantaina paluu arkeen!

This is a miracle! We got power back already saturday night! Internet and tv doesn’t work, but at least we can get some warm food and water. How happy I am that I can wash that mountain of laundry and even iron it all straight away. And not to forgetting about hoovering and washing the floors! Yeehah!! On Monday back on track!

Vitamix has been working all day too!

My exercises last week was pretty easy… I didn’t have time to do my Long run or Intervalls.
MON: Easy recovery run after Sundays race, 60min and 10km
TU: – (Sandy was here…)
WED: Running steady, 70min and 13km
THU: Running easy, 60min and 10.5km
FRI: Kettlebell 60min 
SUN: Gym 60min ( chest, triceps, legs and abs)
( I did some power walking too, but I don’t count it in my exercising diary…)
… And some Raw Chocolate Mousse after hard week!


2 dl Water
1.25dl Cashews (soaked) 
2 tbsp Raw Cacao Powder
2 tbsp Chia seeds
3-4 Medjool Dates
2 tbsp Agave or Honey
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Raw Vanilla Powder
Fresh Mint Leaves

Blend all together!

If you want it REALLY YUMMY, garnish with some raw chocolate bites, gojis and mulberries like I did!

    This week will be good!
