Oven roasted Cauliflowers, Broccolis, Winter
Squash and Brussels Sprouts
 with fresh Rosemary and Olive Oil
Quinoa and Kale

Quinoa is a nutritious, gluten-free whole grain. It has a low glycemic index and provides all of the nine essential amino acids. It contains almost twice as much fiber than most of the other grains. It’s also one of the best sources of protein in the vegetable kingdom!

Quinoa is just as easy to prepare as rice! Especially this one, because 
its pre-washed! Usually, you need to rinse it before use.

Combine 1/2 cup quinoa with 1 cup water
Bring it to boil, turn heat low, cover and cook for approx.15mins.
Add some spices (I like to put some fresh cilantro, chili powder and Himalayan salt)

Serve together with Kale and oven roasted veggies!
