Viime viikon treeneja…

Viime viikko olikin kivan monipuolinen urheilun saralta eika edes pitka lento sekoittanut pakkaa! Taalla sain tosi hyvin heti rytmista kiinni, mita nyt viiden aikaan jo herailen… mutta se ei haittaa ollenkaan, painvastoin, saanpahan paljon aikaiseksi heti aamutuimaan!


Urheileminen on mulle tosi tarkeaa, kiireestakin huolimatta! Urheilemalla saa hyvin “nollattua paan” ja jaksaa taas paremmin eteenpain! Olenkin jo aika mestari loytamaan aikaa treenailuun tiukastakin aikataulusta huolimatta! Kiireisena ei kuitenkaan kannata revitella liikoja, vaan tekee oman jaksamisen mukaan, niin etta urheilu tuo hyvaa mielta ja lisaa energiaa! Ja ainakin se yksi lepopaiva on hyva pitaa! 🙂


Last weeks exercises:

Monday: Cross country skiing 1h45, 24K

Tuesday: Body Pump 60′ and Running 40′ 6.5K

Wednesday: –

Thursday: Reforma pilates 60′

Friday: Kettlebell at home 45′

Saturday: Easy running 60′, 10K

Sunday: Gym 80′ ( Back, biceps and abs)

Post- exercise meal! Smoothie and my homemade proteinbar!
Hmmm… that protein bar doesn’t look as good as it tastes! 😉

 Last week was pretty nice and I did lots of different kinds of exercises! Not even traveling messed up my rhythm! I catched up the time difference pretty well, and didn’t have any signs of jet lag! I wake up around 5am, but I don’t mind cause then I manage to do most of the things I need to do in the morning!

Exercising is really important part of my life, even when I am busy! I always find my ways to squeeze an hour for my exercise! It keeps me going and brings me so much energy. Just remember to listen to your body, and try not to put any extra stress when you are already feeling tired!
